Merchant Terms of Service

These are placeholder Merchant Terms of Service for LaProfy. Replace this text from the admin Legal Content page with a reviewed platform agreement before launch. At minimum it should name the LaProfy company the merchant contracts with, and cover: eligibility and verification (KYC), commission, leasing fees and paid add-ons, payouts and settlement, how stores and products are ranked and shown to shoppers, listing rules and prohibited goods, order acceptance and collection obligations, refunds and chargebacks, suspension and termination (with reasons and notice), how changes to these terms are notified, complaint handling, data protection roles, liability, and governing law. Markets such as the EU (Platform-to-Business Regulation) set minimum content and notice periods for these terms — use country versions where they differ.
