PAIA Manual

This is a placeholder PAIA Manual. Replace this text from the admin Legal Content page with a manual reviewed against the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA), as amended by the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) section 51. At minimum it should name LaProfy's Information Officer and Deputy Information Officer (with contact details — this must also be registered with the Information Regulator before the manual is relied on), describe the categories of records LaProfy holds (account/order/pickup data, merchant KYC documents, employee records, financial and payment records) and which of those are automatically available versus requiring a formal request, explain how to lodge a PAIA section 18 access request and the prescribed fees/timelines for responding, and summarise the categories of personal information processed under POPIA and the purpose of each. Until a reviewed manual replaces this placeholder, LaProfy does not have a compliant PAIA manual in place — this should be treated as a priority item, not a formality.
