How billing works
Start with a free trial
New stores start on their plan's free trial. Nothing is charged until it ends.
Card or bank, online only
Subscriptions are paid through LaProfy's payment provider by card or instant bank payment. We never take cash.
Upgrade or downgrade any time
Upgrades are prorated and switch on as soon as the payment is confirmed. Downgrades start at your next renewal, and nothing you've created is ever deleted.
Save with longer billing
Choose monthly, quarterly or annual billing. Longer cycles are billed upfront.
Clear tax invoices
Every payment comes with a tax invoice in your Billing page. Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated.
Cancel at period end
Cancel from Billing and keep everything you've paid for until the end of the period.
Pricing questions
Which plan should I start on?+
Most single stores start on Starter or Growth. You can change plan from your Billing page whenever your store grows; the backend checks your products, staff and locations fit the new plan first.
What happens when my trial ends?+
You'll get an invoice for your plan's first period. Pay it online by card or bank and your store stays live; if it isn't paid, a short grace period applies before the store is paused.
Do customers pay more on LaProfy?+
Shoppers pay the store's prices. Any LaProfy fee is always shown on its own line at checkout before they pay — never hidden in prices.
Can I pay in cash or by EFT to a bank account?+
No. For everyone's security, LaProfy only takes payments through its payment provider, by card or instant bank payment.
What is Enterprise?+
Custom limits, terms and support for large retailers and multi-brand groups. Pricing starts from the amount shown and is agreed with LaProfy.
What is a Head Office plan?+
For brands with several branches: a portal across all your stores with branch performance, brand-wide campaigns and catalogue tools. Head Office accounts are set up together with LaProfy.
Will I be told before prices change?+
Yes. Approved changes to plan prices or the checkout fee are announced on this page before they take effect, and existing subscriptions keep the price they signed up at.
